Members conference activities from Association of information systems Students held on Saturday October 8, 2016 is located in a building Transito, this activity was followed by 53 students. The meetings are chaired by the chairperson (presidium) Abdul Ibrahim as chairman of the presidium 1, Rida Rizki Utami as chairman of the presidium 2, and Nofita Rahayu Ningsih as chairman of the presidium 3.

This event was held to discuss about Regulation of Association of information systems and to vote the new Chairman of Association of  Information Systems Student (HIMASI) Faculty of Science and Technology in Jambi University. The Election of chairman Association of Information Systems Student (HIMASI) Faculty of Science and Technology Jambi Unniversity using E-voting system. This system was built by a student of Information Systems named Wahyu Budiman, E-voting system for the first time applied at Jambi University. The results of the voting, Mr. Bukhori elected as chairman and vice Mr Yogi as many as 24 voices.
